Delivering pain relief, renewed mobility, and restored vitality right to your pet's doorstep!
PAWSabilities PT was founded and operates for one reason: to help hurting animals. There's nothing more rewarding than changing the lives of sweet innocent creatures!
Our mission is threefold:
We offer canine physical therapy to dogs who are recovering from injuries or living with a chronic condition that affects their mobility or causes them pain. Canine physical therapy includes laser therapy, massage therapy, stretching, gait training, and prescription of home exercise programs.
Laser therapy is available for pets of any species! Infra-red laser heals the body from the inside-out!

Dr. Megan Pettinato (formerly Miller) is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who began her career in 2013 after graduating from The University of Rhode Island. She received her specialty training for canine rehabilitation at the Canine Rehabilitation Institute in Coral Springs, FL and worked in a canine rehab facility in Massachusetts for 1 year before starting her own mobile canine PT business in RI in 2019. In 2021 Dr. Megan decided to relocate her business, her 2 dogs, and herself to the beautiful city of Greenville, SC. She adores her canine patients and her clients who entrust her with their pet's care. Dr. Megan has 2 beloved dogs of her own, a 6 year old morkie named Brady and a 2 year old pitbull mix named Lollipop. She has a very soft spot in her heart for senior pets, as her 16 year old "soul-dog" Mosie lives on forever in spirit.
Dr. Megan uses the most powerful laser on the market so that your pet will enjoy immediate relief from pain, while reducing inflammation and stimulating the body's natural healing processes. Your pet will feel a nice warm sensation from the laser; it is completely painless and non-invasive.
At PAWSabilities Physical Therapy, Dr. Megan takes the time to speak with you in length about your pet and their injury or condition as well as your concerns and goals. She also gets to know your pet and strives to earn their trust so they feel comfortable while receiving treatments. Dr. Megan will go above and beyond to ensure your pet gets the care it needs!
It can be difficult and stressful for your injured pet to get into and out of the home, car, and clinic. That's why all services are delivered right to your home and provided to your pet in their own environment! This is where they feel most comfortable, allowing them to get the most out of their treatments!
Canine physical therapy is covered by pet insurance policies that cover rehabilitation services. Dr. Megan will provide you with the appropriate paperwork for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
We can't wait to help you and your pet! Send us a message, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
